"This is a lot of information in one. The information is helpful for a wide variety of people (people with codependency, those dealing with narcissists, and those dealing with CPTSD). This information isn't groundbreaking. There are other books on the market with similar information. What I will say is you get a lot of bang for your buck. Given that dealing with narcissists involves many of these other topics, this is a one-stop shop for many topics. It is well-written and well-researched. Definitely a good resource!"
