Review Quotes:
McAra teaches writing and you can see why clients flock to her. This is a fast read (it would have been faster, but on occasion you have to stop and say, "Well, That was a great sentence." or "Great twist. Didn't see That coming!") with plenty of action. Keep a scorecard besides you-threats abound in a modern-day Perils of Pauline. -Ed Mickolus, retired CIA officer and America's most famous unknown author
Thrust into a deadly web of secrets, blackmail, and international espionage, Cindy Lestrade must decide who she can trust, understanding that every choice could mean survival or betrayal. Fast-paced, heart-stopping, and charged with romance, Run, Cindy, Run! is a high-octane thriller that will keep you on edge until the very last page. You won't be able to put it down. -Beth Castrodale, award-winning author and editor of Small Press Picks
Undercover agents, deceit, and betrayal--what's not to love about this fast-paced romantic suspense novel? Lana McAra delivers again. I was hooked from the first page, and the story wouldn't let me put it down. It's easy to see why it is getting rave reviews. -Anastasia Alexander, author of Chasing Mr. Wrong
This book is a compelling story filled with suspense, action, and intrigue. I loved how the author intertwined the different law enforcement agencies, sometimes working together, sometimes working against each other. She also does a good job of keeping the reader questioning the characters as to who's a good guy and who is a bad guy. As thrilling at times as John Grisham, yet as suspenseful and humorous as Clive Cussler. This story gets a rating of 5 stars from me. -Michael L. Clark, Author of The Red Raven
Just finished reading Run, Cindy, Run! and I really enjoyed it. It is one of those books you find yourself thinking about when you're not reading it. The book teased me into saying to myself, "Okay, just one more page ... one more page ... I'll just finish the chapter. Loved it. -Laura Harms, author of The Aftertime
