Brief description: SHAHED GHANIMATI is the child of Iranian immigrants and was raised in California. She received her doctorate from The Chicago Medical School and trained as a resident and fellow at Los Angeles County/USC. As a mother, wife, and physician, she believes life and love can be complicated, and happy endings are never guaranteed.
