Descriptions, Reviews, etc.

Description:

At a radio station in a mysterious Appalachian village, three co-workers wrestle with eldritch horrors in the forest while also tackling their own personal demons in this story about friendship, loss, and weird birds.

Brief description: Kel Byron began her writing career in college, where she would disgust her classmates on purpose. Inspired by works such as John Carpenter's "The Thing" and H.P. Lovecraft's "Color Out of Space", she began posting stories to Reddit's NoSleep forum as a love letter to creature features, body horror, and the fear of the unknowable. To her surprise, the "Lonely Broadcast" series gained a modest but loyal following and inspired her to continue disgusting people on purpose. Kel currently lives in Michigan and spends her time doing animal rescue work and being a general nuisance.
