Description:
The world will not be the same, but nothing will be different.
Neurodivergent middle-schooler Jimmy Jr. has a hard time making friends at his new school. When he wishes to his father, a neurodivergent television journalist, that everyone in the world was the same, a concerned Jimmy Roberts tells a cautionary bedtime story on the harmfulness of sameness and the importance of difference:
Hate and disrespect run rampant in Haterzville, Maryland and across the USA. In an effort to rid the nation of this, unorthodox President Tony Whitehouse activates 'the Contraption, ' which causes everyone to look and think the same way... well, mostly everyone.
Resistant to the mental effects of the Contraption, Jimmy and Jr. must embark on a journey to expose and stop President Whitehouse's plans, and encourage the nation to reject sameness and embrace their differences.
