About the Author
Danielle Waters has two daughters who are Waters' world. She is happily married, and is fighting breast cancer. Waters and her girls love creating art, writing stories, and playing. She wanted to write a book to help kids not be so scared when they hear the word "cancer."
Waters' mom had cancer twice, and her dad passed away from cancer. This has touched her life in so many ways, and now she's going through it herself. This book means so much to her, and she hopes it helps even just one person to not feel so scared and understand cancer is not the end.
