Brief description: Crystal Tai (盧琪綺), also known as Crystal Spring Tai, earned a Master's degree in Education Policy with coursework in Journalism from Stanford University in 2007. The author of this book produced a series of Youtube videos about the 24 solar terms. Those are great videos, but this book is even better, because it's more detailed. It provides scientific information about why humans are seasonal beings and why seasonal living can bring health benefits. Apparently, the author did a lot of research. It's amazing how distilled wisdom from the solar terms invented prior to 104 BC can still work for people today!
