Forest of Enchanted Wishes is a three-movement piece written for flute, viola, and cello. This piece is influenced by the form of a 17th century trio sonata. The first movement evokes the aura of being entranced in a wistful, enchanted forest. The second movement is quite gloomier with suspenseful sections. The third movement begins as a breath of fresh air in a gusty, flowery field in the style of a courante.
