Description: These last two years I have seen a lot of suffering, sadness, fear. I have seen people in a panic, doing things they would not normally do, fearful of life, of the possibility of getting sick, afraid to live and let others get close to them. It was easy to get wrapped up in the negativity and fear that consumed the world, I know I did, and it did not make me happy. I wanted more for me and my sons. For me it became a time of self-reflection, a time of self-growth and enlightenment.
This book is for anyone and everyone who wants more out of life, who wants to have more happiness in life and experience all that life has to offer. My hope is that by seeing my struggles, experiences and successes you will see that happiness is possible and being present for all of the experiences in life is worth it.
