Description: "Benito Figueroa's story" is a fictional work that narrates the tale of a twelve year old boy who wishes to be the International Grand Chess Master, which is the highest title awarded by FIDE (International Chess Federation) for a chess player during his career. Benito will have to walk a long way to achieve his goal; one of them will be to qualify for the Communal Chess Tournament to be held at the Maltese College, in which Benito studies. The path will not be easy, he will have to overcome different obstacles to participate in the School Tournament, which he will have to conquer to start the journey to fulfill his dream. Will he be able to participate in the School Tournament? Will he manage to qualify for the Communal Tournament? These questions will be solved later, once this story has been read.
