Description: This coffee table book of poetry is a collection of prose and shorts that lay bare the inner dialogue between my mind and my heart, reflecting most often on the tribulations of being a conscious romantic in my 20s and the consequences and unique epiphanies that entails. The words stamped within this book are direct transcriptions of raw emotion and testimony of my grappling with an existence - often painfully - that pressures me to bloom in ways that I don't always understand while simultaneously learning to appreciate the beauty, wonder, and love found within the journey, in places that I could have easily overlooked. This book also serves as a contract, a promise to myself that I will never again run away from myself and that I will never close off my heart, come hell or high water.
