Description:

Secret Criminal Army of the Rebellion, of which a top World Union Senator is involved. After his arrest, the Senator places a bounty on the head of Officer Lazarus from prison. Before the hit is carried out, Officer Lazarus befriends a top Egyptian World Union Administration Scientist, Dr. Muenda Lutalo, who is performing top secret research on the blood of a superhuman alien name Allomus the Protector who crashed in the mountains of Colombia. It is through the blood of this fascinating alien being that Officer Lazarus Marshall gains superhuman power to gain revenge against the SCAR organization, and its affiliates who sought his demise.
