The book takes the reader through the Cascadia Event. The Earthquake, and the subsequent tsunami of destruction. It moves into the search and rescue phase of the operation and well into the recovery and reconstruction phases of the event. All of this is done through the eyes of the Guardian Group EMS, a 501(c) (3) non-profit and Tier 1 asset for the Tillamook County Sheriff's Office.
