Description:
Layla doesn't know she's going to the lake. Not until she flicks the indicator on and turns off the main road. She doesn't know why she parks her car and walks to the water's edge.
Dizzy doesn't know why she chooses that exact moment to turn around, but the impulse takes over her body, and she's staring at her best friend standing on the lakeside.
It's been seventeen years since Layla disappeared from Dizzy's life. Is it a coincidence that they're there at the same place? At exactly the same time? Most people would put it down to coincidence. But what if there's no such thing? And what if the recent dreams the two women had weren't random? Maybe someone guided them in the right direction?
