Description:
Distant: Heroes blends gritty realism with sci-fi action, following four flawed friends who survive a freak accident and awaken with powers-but no clear purpose. Instead of instant heroism, they spiral into revenge, corruption, and secrecy, confronting what it really means to be extraordinary. As they're hunted by a shadow organization and haunted by personal loss, the story explores identity, memory, and the price of survival. A grounded, character-driven origin that asks not just "what can they do?" but "who will they become when the world rewrites them?" With cloning, cryogenics, and morally gray powers at play, it's not about saving the world-it's about salvaging what's left of themselves.
This version has its story art in black and white.
