Thierry Guenther is a workaholic and a perfectionist. Both qualities serve him well as he runs the day-to-day operations of his family's Hill Country winery, Cascade Encantada. Piper Tobin is driving through the Texas Hill Country, her camera at the ready. She has sold most of her belongings, has before hitting the road in her trusty little car, for and is on an adventure, photographing wineries across the country.
