Brief description: Julia Lynn Gray focuses on the messy middle of our lives through spiritual direction, leadership coaching, and nonprofit consulting that specializes in organizational change. She spent 30 years of her professional life in executive leadership positions for nonprofit organizations. Julia currently finds herself in a fallow time; a liminal space between her professional career and what has not yet taken shape. The continuing nudge is toward writing.
