Description: ""Annihilation of Caste With A Reply to Mahatma Gandhi"" is a seminal work by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, a leading figure in the Indian independence movement and the architect of India's Constitution. Originally written as a speech in 1936, this text addresses the deep-rooted issue of caste discrimination in Indian society. Ambedkar critiques the caste system, arguing for its complete abolition and the establishment of a society based on equality and social justice. He challenges Mahatma Gandhi's approach to caste reform, asserting that piecemeal reforms are insufficient to address the systemic oppression faced by lower-caste individuals. Ambedkar's powerful rhetoric and uncompromising stance on social reform continue to resonate, inspiring generations of activists and scholars in their quest for a more equitable and inclusive society. ""Annihilation of Caste"" remains a foundational text in the struggle against caste-based discrimination and a testament to Ambedkar's unwavering commitment to social justice.
