Description: In the heart of chaotic and often lonely Shinjuku, a writer in a slump finds himself adrift. After the failure of his latest project, he takes refuge in a small, ramshackle izakaya (Japanese tavern) where time seems to have stood still. There, he discovers an unusual and moving universe: a strange cat bet in which customers guess which stray feline will appear in the bar window.
