Description: "Women as Architects of Peace and Sustainable Development" is a sociological approach that reflects the activities carried out by women and men from NGOs in collaboration with institutions of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, international organizations, and the United Nations system during the period from 2013 to 2015 at the national and international levels. Based on UN Security Council Resolution 1325 (2000) and the Framework Agreement on Peace and Security in the Great Lakes Region. These include the transition from the MDGs 2015 to the SDGs 2030; implementation of the "Women as Peacemakers and Media Professionals" project; the "Nothing Without Women" Movement; and participation in the study on women's leadership and participation in the Framework Agreement for Peace in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by Niamh Reilley and Warren of the Global Leadership Center in the United States.
