Acting with precision and effectiveness, preparing, planning, as well as conducting and executing special operations, through coordinated plans, in times of peace, crisis and war, throughout the territory and outside it, to achieve tactical objectives with strategic impact, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of the command's mission.
