Description: The aim of this book is to describe the activities carried out during my internship at the Canta Galo farm, located in the northeastern state of Bahia. The farm has 600 irrigated hectares for the production of Formosa papaya, both for sale on the domestic market and for export. All the stages of papaya production are covered, from the production of seedlings in the nursery to the post-harvest handling of the fruit, with the aim of explaining the practices adopted on the farm and the purpose of each activity carried out.
