Description: "This monograph deals with the phraseology of a diatopic variant of Spanish: the Spanish spoken in Argentina, with its inherent heterogeneity and dynamism. In this sense, and on methodological approaches that go from the particular to the general, a series of Argentine UFs that are not compiled in the most representative general dictionaries of Spanish are identified, selected and systematized, demonstrating that, despite the advances achieved in the last decade in the phraseology of Spanish, the living use of the language is more dynamic than its cataloguing. This research deals with the translation of UFs, in general, and analyzes proposals for the translation into German of a selection of UFs from the Spanish of Argentina, with the aim of contributing to the dissemination and registration of Argentine UFs that are incorporated into the database of the multilingual electronic phraseological dictionary of the Phraseology and Multilingual Translation Group (FRASYTRAM) of the University of Alicante"--
