Brief description: "Henning Wrogemann, Dr. theol., Jahrgang 1964, ist seit 2007 Professor fur Religionswissenschaft und Interkulturelle Theologie an der Kirchlichen Hochschule Wuppertal/Bethel und Leiter des von ihm 2011 gegrundeten Instituts fur Interkulturelle Theologie und Interreligiose Studien (IITIS). Er wurde 1995 an der Theologischen Fakultat der Universitat Heidelberg promoviert und habilitierte sich dort 2005. Wrogemann ist Mitherausgeber der Zeitschriften Evangelische Theologie, Verkundigung und Forschung und Theologische Literaturzeitung. In den Jahren 2012 bis 2015 veroffentlichte er ein dreibandiges Lehrbuch Interkulturelle Theologie/Missionswissenschaft, das 2016-2019 als englische Ausgabe unter dem Titel Intercultural Theology erschienen ist. Zu seinen Arbeitsschwerpunkten gehoren die Themen Interkulturelle Hermeneutik, Interreligioser Dialog, kontextuelle Missionstheologien sowie Gegenwartsfragen im Islam. "
