Beautiful Illustrations. I was amazed by all the colors. The characters were interesting. Fritzer was an honorable character and I think children would love him. Zephyr would have frightened me if I was a child reader. Even as an adult, his illustration gave me the creeps. I liked their story. It gives children a lot to think about. It deals with a quest and friendship. It is a fun story.

This is such a cute kids book. The story line is wonderful.

Fritzer is a great inventor and will need his skill to get out of the strange island where his sleigh crashes. Everything within sight is ice and dark storms. There he meets the ruler of the island, Zephyr. This was a wonderful story about how kindness and love can conquer what you thought was impossible. This is a lovely book to enjoy reading alone or in company.
