Review Quotes:
I love how targeted this resource is for Pre-K through early elementary students. So many anxiety resources are geared toward older elementary kids, leaving a huge developmental gap that usually requires me to spend extra time adapting the material. This book saves me so much time because it's already perfectly age-appropriate!
The format is fantastic--just six sessions total. Doing them twice a week over a short period is a wonderful, manageable approach for little ones. The lessons themselves are incredibly easy to use, and the "Would You Rather" games are a massive hit every single time. This is going to be a staple in my toolkit!
