Brief description: Let me introduce myself: I'm Karajah Yashar-a publisher, author, counselor, and public speaker with a passion for cultural restoration and spiritual awakening. I earned my degree in Anthropology from Rutgers University, and my journey since then has taken me through meaningful work at institutions like Rutgers, the University of Central Florida, Valencia College, and The Transition House, where I had the privilege of counseling incarcerated men seeking healing and transformation. In 2016, I launched Black Scribe Press (formerly Blackstone Publishing), an Orlando-based publishing company dedicated to producing cultural and spiritual literature that uplifts and empowers. Through this work, I've been able to help new authors bring their visions to life while continuing to write and publish my own. In the summer of 2025, I released The Violet Light House, a spiritual fiction novel that has been called one of the most meaningful books of this century. It's a story that came from a deep place in me-and one I hope will awaken something powerful in every reader.www.bspbooks.com
