Dr. Vance Drum is a conference speaker, writer, chaplain, and pastor. He served as a Texas prison chaplain for thirty-two years, retiring as Director of Chaplains in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. For twenty-seven of those years, he worked as a chaplain at Texas's maximum security Wainwright Unit. He is a past president of the American Correctional Chaplains Association. Currently he is Director of Peer-to-Peer Chaplaincy Training with Prison Seminaries Foundation. He has pastored his Texas church for the past twenty-seven years.
