The concept of church health has nothing to do with the size of a congregation. A healthy church can be mini or mega. A sick church may run thousands in attendance, or a dozen. Size is immaterial.
Jonathan and his armor-bearer happened upon a company of Philistine soldiers up to no good. Suggesting they take on the entire squad, Jonathan said: It doesn't matter to the Lord whether He saves by the few or by the many (I Samuel 14:6).
Most of my preacher friends seem not to believe that.
