An introduction by coeditor Vince Aletti and a conversation between Aletti and collector David Aronowitz consider the origins and evolution of the collection, while an essay by coeditor Kaitlin Booher examines the networks of artists, collectors and communities that shape queer photographic history. The volume also includes short essays on selected artists by Daniel Peacock, Christopher Stackhouse, Alisa Swindell and Rae Root.
