Description: Jacobs ladder meets Dexter, in this Psychological Thriller journaling the unravelling mind of war veteran turned Assassin, Marcus Krauss.
When 'The Committee' send Avant (his best friend, and fellow Assassin) to bring him in, a depraved pastvisits a treacherous present, and his already chaotic life becomes a race against time and mortality. Can he stay alive, and sane, long enough to figure out who is trying to kill his family? Who can he trust, if anyone at all? When the house of cards falls, who will be left standing? And, most important of all, where can he get good pancakes?
