Description: John W. Sexton lives in County Kerry, Ireland. He has published six collections of poetry, the two most recent being "The Offspring of the Moon" (2013) and "Futures Pass" (2018). Under the ironic pseudonym of Sex W. Johnston he has recorded an album with legendary Stranglers frontman Hugh Cornwell, entitled Sons of Shiva, which has been released on Track Records. In 2007 he was awarded a Patrick and Katherine Kavanagh Fellowship in Poetry. One of the poems from this collection was shortlisted in the An Post Irish Poem of the Year Award 2018.
