Description: Excavations just outside a large Late Bronze Age ringwork at Queen Mary's Hospital, Carshalton, in the London Borough of Sutton, revealed a settlement, including a roundhouse, a possible granary and a number of pits. Many of the pits contained deliberately deposited assemblages of animal bones, ceramics and metal objects.
