Brief description: Anna G Tevini is an attorney in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she focuses on international arbitration and Asia-related corporate investigations. She received a Ph.D. degree in law (summa cum laude) from Göttingen University, Germany, and an LL.M. degree from New York University. Her doctoral dissertation, on which this book is based, was awarded Göttingen University's Law Faculty Award for Best Thesis in 2012.
