Description: "For the first time in English, the autobiography of the revolutionary outlaw who brought Citibank to its knees"--

Brief description: Lucio Urtubia (1931-2020) was a bricklayer, antifascist, forger, bank robber, and anarchist. Born in Navarra, Basque Country, he lived most of his life in Paris. Over the course of his life Urtubia collaborated with revolutionary movements worldwide, culminating with his City Bank forged traveler check scheme from the late 70s until 1981, when he was arrested and charges ultimately dropped. In 1991, he opened an anarchist social center in the Belleville neighborhood of Paris called Le Space Louise Michel, which continues to operate after his death. His life has been the subject of the documentary Lucio (2007) and the Netflix film A Man of Action (2017).
