Brief description: Yunqing Xu is Senior Associate Professor at Department of Urban Planning and Design and Director of University Research Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies (UES) at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She obtained her PhD in real estate management at Oxford Brookes University, UK. Her research interests lie in sustainable and liveable cities, planning and property development, land and housing market, and urban and property policies.
