Brief description: Kwasu David Tembo is a PhD graduate from the University of Edinburgh's Language, Literatures, and Cultures department. His research interests include - but are not limited to - comics studies, literary theory and criticism, philosophy, particularly the so-called "prophets of extremity" - Nietzsche, Heidegger, Foucault, and Derrida. He has published on Christopher Nolan's The Prestige, in The Cinema of Christopher Nolan: Imagining the Impossible, ed. Jacqueline Furby and Stuart Joy (2015), and on Superman, in Postscriptum: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Literary Studies (2017).
