Description: I was an electronic electrician hired and fired by H.P. Smith for time wasted, but did not the law feel it was a wasted time harass talk. I worked 7 1/2 years and got black balled from 1984. I became mentally disabled in 1991. Since I live in apartment on southern suburb of Chicago writing about my experience of trial. My lawyer said the judge errored, but not the way I see it not after going over several times with other agencies. Harassment is a badgering a person into submission which seems to be ok with the law.
