Earl has held senior technical and leadership positions within Fortune 100, Mid-market and Venture companies including Honeywell, Inc., Motorola, Inc., The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and Wells Fargo Bank. He is the former President, COO and CEO of the high-tech start-up, MedContrax, Inc. Earl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, with honors, from Tennessee State University.
