Timothy Wulf was born in Salem, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of Mount Union College. He earned his graduate degree from George Washington University before beginning a long and impactful teaching career at Parkland College in Illinois. There, he taught primarily economics and business courses and served as head coach of the women's basketball team-a role that led to his induction into the Parkland College Hall of Fame.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Tim has founded or partnered in a variety of ventures, including two retail pharmacies, three restaurants, a financial planning firm, and numerous real estate investments. Throughout, he has remained a devoted student of history. An amateur historian and frequent traveler, Tim has long dreamed of telling the story of World War II through fictional characters. His extensive travels across Europe and frequent visits to World War II museums have fueled his passion for this transformative period in history. Wings Over France is the fulfillment of that dream.Tim believes the social, economic, and technological changes brought about by World War II continue to shape our modern world. He and his wife, Linda Wulf, split their time between homes in the Southwest. Tim has two children, Andrew and Megan.
