Review Quotes: "The message is loud and clear that our body is amazingly capable of knowing what it needs for nourishment, movement, and overall well-being. For many, these messages have been lost in the shuffle of everyday life and culture. As a physician (and human being), my hope is that people will institute this workbook to reconnect with our body's communication to support both physical and mental health."
