With more than three decades of molding the minds, hearts, and athleticism of our youth, Dr. Smith has dedicated his life's work to children. With degrees in education, leadership, and sports management, Dr. Smith has served as a teacher, a professor, a scoutmaster, a soccer coach from youth level to Division I, and is the founder of "Young Gentlemen for Life", an after school mentoring program. However, his most beloved role is being the proud and dedicated father to three extraordinary young men - Myles, Christian, and Noah. Dr. Smith lives a peaceful, active life, and enjoys his three to five-mile jogs throughout the beautiful landscapes of Virginia.
