Description:

Every ten years or so, the American Institute of Architects updates its major families of construction contracts. In 2017, the AIA overhauled its design-bid-build documents anchored by the A201. In late 2019 and early 2020, the AIA released its revisions to its suite of construction management documents, last updated in 2009. This book summarizes and analyzes the major revisions to the AIA's major construction management documents published in 2019 and 2020.
