Brief description: Tammy Chang is a certified nutrition consultant who gives nutrition classes, workshops, and food demonstrations. Tammy is also a graduate of the Three Stone Hearth Apprentice Program in Berkeley that prepares food according to the nutritional philosophy of traditional diets.
