Description:

Relieve Joint Pain and Feel Better by Learning Easy Tai Chi

Learn tai chi movements to relieve pain in your joints and increase your range of motion and stamina. Joint pain causes you to move less to avoid the irritation. But moving less means that soon you lose your range of motion, which makes you more likely to get hurt or sick. Joint pain also makes you weaker and more likely to injure yourself from normal daily tasks.

If you're new to tai chi, this is an excellent introduction to its moves and its inner experience. David-Dorian will guide you to the health benefits of tai chi without any routines or sequences to learn or memorize. TaijiFit programs use an easy format designed for you to simply follow along without worrying about getting anything right. Just mimic what you see, and don't even worry about which direction you're facing.

By using this short program just a few times per week, your joint health will gradually improve, and you'll feel stronger and more balanced.
