Brief description: Min Kyung Kim has been sitting as a Judge in the Korean judiciary since 2010. During her career in the judiciary, she has presided over civil, commercial, and criminal cases, but her main expertise is in international/cross-border litigation, international arbitration, international commercial law, and private international law as she sat in the International Commercial Division at the Seoul Central District Court. She holds a BA from Seoul National University in Business Administration and Law, MA and PhD from Seoul National University in international commercial law, and LLM from the University of Cambridge, UK (Queens' College). She is the general editor of the Korean Journal of International Trade and Business Law and director of the Korean Private International Law Association.
