Brief description: Aly McKnight is a self-taught Native American watercolor artist and illustrator whose art features vibrant colors and Indigenous perspectives. Aly is an enrolled member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes and grew up in a small farming community in Northern Nevada, where she often heard stories about Sacajawea's journey. Aly now lives in Utah with her husband Brockton, their daughter Paoakalani, and their Pomeranian dog Bella.
