Description: When a family brings home a second, younger puppy, the two dogs (the older Moxie and the younger Rex) begin exchanging letters that, on the surface, appear kind. However, a closer look reveals their true feelings. One thing is clear, Moxie is determined to get rid of the younger Rex. Will Moxie's letters rid her of this nuisance, or will the appearance of a cat finally unite them?
Brief description: There is nothing Cathy Petter loves more than getting a letter in the mail (okay, maybe chocolate). And believe it or not, there was a time when she lived with so many dogs she didn't keep count (but it was only more than 20 a few times). Moxie has a lot in common with Nike, her dog that was notorious for eating everything, including boxes of crayons.
