Brief description: Dr Iain Watson is a Tutor in the School of History, Classics and Archaeology at the University of Edinburgh. He has previously contributed chapters to Global Migrations: The Scottish Diaspora Since 1600 (edited by Angela McCarthy and John MacKenzie, EUP, 2016) and The Scottish Experience in Asia, c.1700 to the Present; Settlers and Sojourners edited by Angela McCarthy and T.
