Katie has been in the ED&I space for over 35 years and developed a leadership and personal development programme for women in the early 1990s, which she has delivered around the world. In 2024 she graduated with Distinction from University of Wales, Trinity St David with a Masters in Professional Practice, her research project was on menopause and personality.
